The Sierra Semi-Pointed Bullets - 22 Cal / .224" 63gr SMP is a pack of 100 bullets ideal for reloading .224" and similar calibres. This Semi-Point bullet was designed to expand faster than the Spitzer due to the large amount of exposed lead at the tip and the slightly larger opening in the jacket. The Semi-Point design reduces the bullets length for its grain, resulting in a more stable bullet, it does however have a lower ballistic coefficient than its Spitzer pointed equivalent.
