We aim to provide safe & secure payment options and fast, reliable delivery anywhere in South Africa — to your home, office, or farm.


1. Shipping Information

1.1 Shipping Zones

We operate within the borders of South Africa only.
We currently do not offer international shipping.


1.2 Courier & Fulfilment

We use BobGo as our courier aggregation and shipping platform. This allows us to use reputable national courier services for delivery.

Shipping rates are:

  • Calculated automatically at checkout
  • Based on delivery location, parcel size, and weight
  • Displayed before payment is completed

1.3 Order Processing Times

Orders are processed during business hours:

Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
Closed on weekends and public holidays.

Processing times:

  • In-stock items at our premises: Usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Supplier warehouse stock: Some products may be stored at third-party local warehouses. These items may take additional time to source and dispatch.
  • Backordered or unavailable items: If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with options:
    • Wait for restock
    • Replace with an alternative product
    • Receive a refund

1.4 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Major cities: 1–3 working days
  • Regional/outlying areas: 2–5 working days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
  • Remote farm deliveries may take longer.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to courier constraints, public holidays, weather, or other operational factors.

1.5 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your parcel appears delayed:

  1. Contact us at sales@pro-outdoor.co.za
  2. We will investigate with the courier
  3. If confirmed lost, we will:
    • Replace the item (if available), or
    • Issue a refund

1.6 Damaged on Arrival

If your goods arrive damaged:

Please notify us within 7 days and send:

  • Photo of the outer box
  • Photo of internal packaging
  • Photo of the damaged item

We will:

  • Arrange collection if necessary
  • Replace the item (if available), or
  • Issue a refund

2. Payment Policy

We offer secure and trusted South African payment methods.


2.1 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • PayFast (All available PayFast payment methods)
    • Credit & Debit Cards
    • Instant EFT
    • Mobicred (if applicable)
    • Other PayFast-supported methods
  • Direct EFT (Manual bank transfer to Pro-Group eCom Solutions (Pty) Ltd)
  • Zapper (Backup payment integration)

2.2 Payment Fees

  • PayFast and Zapper payments:
    A payment processing fee percentage is charged as displayed clearly at checkout.
    This fee covers the payment provider’s transaction charges.
  • Direct EFT:
    No additional payment fees apply.

2.3 EFT Payment Terms

For EFT payments:

  • Payment must reflect within 48 hours
  • Orders will only be processed once funds have cleared
  • If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled

2.4 Payment Security

All online payments are processed securely through trusted South African payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.


3. Returns & Exchanges Summary

(Full Return Policy applies separately — this is a summary for shipping clarity.)


3.1 7-Day No-Questions Return

We offer a 7-day return window from date of delivery:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Customer is responsible for return shipping on unwanted items.

A handling/restocking fee may apply.


3.2 30-Day Return (Unopened Items)

Within 30 days:

  • Items must still be sealed and unused.
  • Packaging must remain intact.

If opened, a restocking fee may apply depending on condition.


3.3 Warranty Policy

After 30 days, returns fall under warranty.

  • First 6 months: Covered under CPA statutory warranty.
  • Up to 12 months (if manufacturer warranty applies):
    We will assist in facilitating the warranty process.
  • After 12 months:
    We may provide supplier/importer contact details for direct warranty claims.

Warranty excludes:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications

4. Stock Availability Disclaimer

While we strive for accurate stock levels:

  • Some products are sourced from supplier warehouses.
  • Occasionally stock may reflect available but is no longer in stock.
  • In such cases, we will contact you immediately with alternatives or refund options.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to supplier stock discrepancies.
