DESCRIPTION
The MDT Folding Stock Adapter - Carbine to Carbine 2-Way Locking. Get more adaptability for storage, transport and buttstock choice. The MDT universal adapters are compatible with most bolt-action chassis rifles that have an AR-style interface.
The folding stock adapter adds 1.75" to your length of pull.
The 2-way lock provides the additional function of holding the stock securely in the folded position.
FEATURES
This adapter has a solid interface and will not allow a bolt to pass through - please check your rifle configuration for compatibility. Is not compatible with our TAC21 chassis or our ESS or ACC chassis, although the ESS and ACC have their own Folding Buttstock.
Carbine / Fixed Interfaces
MDT has been using the terms “Fixed” and “Carbine” to describe the interface between the chassis system and the buttstock. Our “Fixed” chassis systems are recognizable by their “tear drop” shaped stock interface while our “Carbine” chassis systems are characterized by their “circular” shaped stock interface.
