Timney's engineers figured out a way to machine the parts from billet steel (no skimping with metal injection molding or stamped, old-school parts), assemble the triggers, and still hand-test this trigger by our trigger technicians at a price that you asked for. Factory set pull weight of 3-4 pounds that will give you a crisp, clean, break. Will drop into all Mil-Spec AR’s. All components are captive in the lightweight, aluminum alloy housing. Hammer is heat treated and machined from S7 tool steel that combines hardness to resist wear with superior impact resistance to withstand heavy use without chipping or breaking. Other components are EDM cut from A2 tool steel, heat treated, and coated in a black carbon nitride finish. Installs using your rifle’s original hammer/trigger pins, our proprietary design eliminates pin walkout.
