Introducing the Pard Leopard 480 Laser Rangefinder Thermal Imaging Monocular. A compact, high-performance thermal imaging device designed for precision and versatility. Featuring a resolution of 480 x 360, this monocular employs an uncooled VOx (vanadium oxide) sensor with exceptional sensitivity of less than 20mK, which enables it to distinguish between subtle temperature variations in its environment. The device is equipped with a 25mm objective lens and boasts a detection distance of up to 1200 meters, combined with a built-in laser rangefinder capable of detecting distances up to 1000 meters (or 1200 yards), making it suitable for a wide range of applications, from wildlife observation to security surveillance.
The Pard Leopard is designed with user convenience in mind, offering an AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels for clear and detailed imaging. Users can select from 6 image modes and 3 scene modes (City, Rain, Forest) to optimise their viewing experience based on environmental conditions. With 2/2.8x optical magnification complemented by a 2/4/6/8 digital zoom, the monocular allows for effective zooming on distant subjects while maintaining visual clarity. It also includes features like Picture-in-Picture (PIP), an integrated gyroscope for stability, and Hot Track technology for easy target acquisition.
Powering the Pard Leopard is a removable and rechargeable 18650 lithium-ion battery, which provides up to 6 hours of operational time. The device also supports various connectivity options, such as USB Type-C, HDMI output, and Wi-Fi, enabling users to connect with the PardVision2 app for enhanced functionality, including data transfer and remote control features. Built to withstand challenging environments, the monocular has an IP67 rating, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress. Constructed from a robust yet lightweight combination of aluminium alloy and composite materials, the Pard Leopard weighs only 360g and has compact dimensions of 169 x 58 x 48mm, making it easy to handle and transport. This thermal imaging monocular packs a comprehensive set of features, ensuring that it meets the demanding needs of hunters, outdoor enthusiasts, and security professionals alike.
