DESCRIPTION
The Ultimate Silence 3D technology with its 3D printed Grade 5 Titanium core, pushes silencer design into a new era with its unique patent pending baffle design. The “selective laser sintering” technology used to make the core of the silencers allows for a new level of design freedom that can produce highly effective aerodynamic baffles in Titanium.
This is the ultimate ultra-light silencer for use with standard calibers. The construction is so light that it is almost unnoticeable on the weapon. This model weighs only 131 grams and gives an unprecedented "suppression to weight ratio". The 131 is well suited for lightweight guns as well as active shooting where the balance of the gun is of greatest importance. Its small diameter and slim shape are ideal for those who use scopes with low magnification for rapid target acquisition as it covers only a small part of the field of view when looking through the scope. Being front mounted it can in most cases be used with open sights.
FEATURES
The result is compact silencers with incomparable suppression to weight ratio. All the baffles are made of robust and wear resistant grade 5 Titanium. Other unique features are:
- Wedge brake technology // This innovative internal muzzle brake effectively traps the combustion gases and reduces the recoil.
- Thread tightening // The baffle design causes the gases to spin inside the silencer. As this happens a counter-rotating momentum is transferred to the silencer. This again helps to keep the silencer tight on the barrel.
- Mirage control // The design, low weight, and thermal properties of the Titanium used in the silencer, combined with the thicker outer walls in Aluminum alloy promotes slow heating and faster cooling.
